Nothing about this song makes sense.
Maver has given it fifty different time signatures, every single line has different sounds from the one prior to it, it’s a rock song sometimes, a dance song at points and a ballad on occasion, it’s completely frightening at the start and the bass will break your speakers at points. And that’s just the production.
Ruer has an absurdly diverse voice. She’s doing a gritty, savage talk-sing poetry thing at one point and serving diva goodness straight after it.
It shouldn’t work.
