Benjamin Ingrosso’s Melodifestivalen entry Good Lovin’ is so fun.
It’s the first time the 19-year-old has entered the contest and as he’s from TEN Music Group, the gang behind Zara Larsson, Erik Hassle and most other great Swedes, you know it must be great. The song also has a big Australian connection. It was co-written by the Sydney-based Louis Schoorl, who has ‘penned’ hits with Guy Sebastian and Taylor Henderson.
Good Lovin’, which is through to the final of Sweden’s Eurovision selection contest, is such a fun and danceable bop, it stands out as a beacon of light in the world of pop music right now.
The Melodifestivalen final is March 11. It should be an international public holiday.
